For Chakra healing, I personaly use Chakra Healing guided meditation. It works very well for me. Mine is by Alan Arcieri.

There are several versions out there. If your just beginning, try to find something short and basic that works best for you.

There are many types of Chakra oils. It really depends on the directions on the bottle. If you do not have the directions then you need to contact the people that you had bought them from.

Everyone makes their oils and they sometimes differ on how they want people to use them. So it is safe to say "call the people that you bought the oils from"

And for those who have not heard of Chakra oils here is a rough draft of what is in them. Enjoy!

Root Chakra oil has Sandalwood, Spikenard, Juniper & Hina flower.

Sacral oil has Ylang-Ylang, Cypress, Patchouli and Myrtle.

Solar Plexus oil has Lavender, Fennel, Sandalwood, Cardamom and Champa flower.

Heart Chakra oil has Lavender, Rose Geranium, Rose Otto and Bergamot.

Throat Chakra oil has Bergamot, Sandalwood, Spruce and Davana flower.

Third eye Chakra oil has Basil, Camphor, Rosemary and Lavender.

Crown Chakra oil has Lavender, Neroli, Benzoin and Frankincense.

I prefer to use a defuser or an oil burner while meditating. If I feel I am having problems with my root chakra I use the oil for Root Chakra.

It really depends on the company or person you get it from. Some people make these oils to be used a specfic way and some do not.
